Symptom :

Rinse solution is not primed through system

Hint :

1. Check the rinse solution level in the rinse container.
   • If the level is insufficient the message Rinse bottle is empty will displayed on the screen and the alarm sounds!
2. Check the pick-up tube in the rinse container, it may have detached from the tube connector in the lid.
   • Loosen the cap of the rinse container in order to inspect.
3. Check the peristaltic pump tube conditions.
   • Replace every month or after 7500 samples (for Starrsed Compact 3000 samples
4. An incorrectly fitted peristaltic pump tube may cause the problem.
5. One of the tubes carrying the rinse solution may be blocked or loose
