Sample is not or only partially aspirated (FAQ)

Symptom :

Sample is not or only partially aspirated.

Hint :

Check the quality of the blood sample. Do not use samples which appear viscous, slimy or coagulated. Poor quality samples may block the sample probe or tube.

Additional information :

Also not-well stored/old blood can cause aspiration problems
