Usually caused by clogging or insufficient vacuum;
- Check needle valve for clogging.
- Check the movement of the sample pinch valve, it should release properly.
- Check the sample tubing, it can be that it is 'sticking' inside the pinch valve.
- Check vacuum manifold for clogging.
- Check seperator and the vacuum tubing for vacuum leakages.
- Check the black plastic pipe from the manifold to the waste separator for cracks.
- Check vacuum performance and bacterial filters.
