Liquid dripping from needle (FAQ)

Symptom :

Liquid dripping from needle

Hint :

Usually caused by clogging or insufficient vacuum;

  1. Check needle valve for clogging.
  2. Check the movement of the sample pinch valve, it should release properly.
  3. Check the sample tubing, it can be that it is 'sticking' inside the pinch valve.
  4. Check vacuum manifold for clogging.
  5. Check seperator and the vacuum tubing for vacuum leakages.
  6. Check the black plastic pipe from the manifold to the waste separator for cracks.
  7. Check vacuum performance and bacterial filters.
