Can be recognized during the aspiration as blood is falling over the trumpet of the fill nozzle.
- Check the the vacuum.
- Check if the bottom of the pipette is dry.
- Readjust the rinse nozzle.
- Check the rubber V ring at the bottom end of the pipette is engage with the rinse nozzle during the wash.
- Check the bottom of the pipette is clean.
- If dirty, bottom pipette need to be cleaned.
- The surface tension of the pipette glass is to high, do a Fill and clean with the cleaning agent.
