Symptom :

One air bubble in the pipette

Hint :

This is caused by poor drying of the Fill nozzle

  1. A dirty Fill nozzle.
    • Clean the fill nozzle.
  2. A dirty Rinse nozzle may also cause the same problem.
    • Clean the Rinse nozzle .
    • Check the disinfectant flow.
  3. A dirty fill nozzle cap may also cause the same problem.
    • Clean the fill nozzle cap.
  4. Bad fill nozzle engagement with the pipette.
    • Check the fill nozzle alignment .
  5. Damaged fill nozzle.
    • Replace the fill nozzle.
  6. Poor airflow to the rinse valve.
    • Check the manifold for blockages.
