Waste pump tube not functioning correctly (FAQ)

Question:

Waste pump tube replaced but not all waste is pumped away properly

Answer:

If not all waste is pumped away properly, it is possible that the pump tube is somewhat stiff, due to long time storage. The tube can be softened in hot water.

Additional information

Periodical Maintenance Kits can be stored for a long time, this influences the elasticity of the pump tubes.
