Symptom :

High rate number of hazy sample rates.

Hint :

Usually happening after bad cleaning and poor maintenance of the instrument.

Action:

1. Run a Fill and clean and use very hot water (80 °C)
2. Bacterial growth in the diluter system.
   • Clean the diluter and all the diluter tubing.
   • When needed Replace the Teflon tip (for Syringe QWLV030009) or replace complete Syringe (QWLV030021).
   • Use bleach to rinse the diluent container(s).

If pipettes are clean and measure sensor values are correct but still a high rate of hazy reports is reported:

The measure sensor housing could be worn out. Replace the measure sensor.
