Symptom :

The ESR in the pipettes looks normal, no bubbles, but the results are reported with Bubbles on top or Too many borders found or No cells / plasma found.

Hint :

1. Check the measure head spring ESRI030314 is not broken
2. Check if the measure head is pushed against the pipette
3. Check the glass value of the measure head on an empty pipette. The value should be around 140
4. Check if the measure head is at a 90° angle

Additional information :

The software is not able to get a good detection level between the empty glass, plasma and blood values. Any dirt on the pipette is detected and interpreted as a border and translated to one of the above mentioned errors
