Performing Oxygenscan

This manufacturer’s standard operating protocol is to be validated by each lab.

Prior to use

• The sample should not be stored at room temperature for more than 4 hours.
• Samples should be stored at 4-7 ⁰C for a minimum of 30 minutes.
• The Oxy ISO reagent should be stored at room temperature for at least 24 hours (to accommodate to the level of dissolved oxygen corresponding to ambient temperature)
