Required materials

1. Oxy ISO reagent (one vial for each run)
2. Large syringe of 60 ml
3. For each run a syringe of 3ml with Luer-Lock
4. Tissues (for drying and cleaning after each run)
5. Demineralised (DI) water and a 3 ml syringe (for flushing the bob after each run)
6. Use P100f pipettes for 20-100 µl and use P200 pipettes for 50-200 µl
7. Cell-counter to measure the number of RBC in each sample
