E27: "Temperature" sensor out of range. Check Settings !

If the measured room temperature is out of range, E27: "Temperature" sensor out of range. Check Settings ! appears.

Select Settings - General settings - Temperature (°)

The displayed value is the temperature according the build-in thermometer.

  1. Check the room temperature near the pipettes with a room thermometer.
  2. Enter the measured temperature from the room thermometer as the current value for the temperature sensor.
  3. "Save settings"
  4. Tip: Measure the temperature, preferable when the instrument is not used for a longer period.

Recommended is to measure the current room temperature by holding the thermometer in the carousel and before starting normal operation.

Notes:

The temperature in the instrument can be set between 18-35 °C, but a temperature range of 18-25 °C is preferred.

It is possible that results are not send to the LIMS due to Limit Error settings in combination with this error. It is possible results are measured with a temperature which is out of the settings value. See Limit error settings (Limit error settings, Limit error settings).
