Symptoms (diluter)

On the printout EDTA value is 001

Diluter is not starting and /or the EDTA has high dilution values

Dilution rates over 137

When the Diluter start sensor is > 1000, Diluter start sensor is faulty

When during Prime diluent;

• the syringe stops in the top position, Diluter Motor top sensor is faulty
• the syringe stops in the bottom position, Diluter Motor home sensor is faulty
• the syringe is moving in small steps, Diluter Pulse disk electronics is faulty
