Sensor information (diluter)
The diluter assembly has the following sensors:
Name
Type
Comments
Motor up sensor
ON/OFF Led (Rx TX)
Detect the position of the motor
Motor down sensor
ON/OFF Led (Rx TX)
Detect the position of the motor
Motor pulse disk
Pulses
Use the counts from the disk
Diluter start sensor
ON/OFF Led (Rx TX)
For blood detection in the Mixing piece
EDTA flow sensor with ball bearing
ON/OFF Led (Rx TX)
Detect a positive diluent flow
EDTA electronic flow sensor
Detect the flow of the liquid
Mas = Magnetic approximation switch This is a switch which becomes active when a metal object approaches the sensor. In the sensor itself there is a LED indicator that lights up when a metal object is detected.
The sensor statuses are echoed to LED's on the printed circuit board.
