Needle Systems

Each Starrsed instrument has its own needle system:

Starrsed RS, Interrliner and Starrsed Compact:

The needle assembly moves downwards for aspirating blood from the sample tube.

Blood drops from the drip tray are removed by an extra suction tube from the disinfectant valve.

The needle assembly is connected to a vent valve for proper aspiration and cleaning fluid flow and venting purposes.

The needle controller controls the sample tube placement, sample probe and barcode reader. It is possible to customize the barcode reader.
