Adjust video camera Osmoscan screen

It displays a colored version of the diffraction pattern. Because there are air bubbles in the cup this pattern it will be very irregular:

• It is optional to adjust the camera gain (bar on the right side). If the sample volume was set based on the cell count, this is normally not required.
• In case the "auto start" is enabled (in the instrument settings screen), the measurement starts automatically after 30 seconds.
  Otherwise one can standardize the start by “manually” waiting for 30 seconds before pressing the <Start Now> button.
  The measurement starts and the curve starts to appear as soon as a viable diffraction pattern has been discerned.
