Description

Solution

No PT100 connected!

No PT100 connected to the device or PT100 not correctly connected.

Check the PT100 presence and its soldered connection to the PCB.

No sensor connected!

No sensor is connected (Amplitude < 1000).

Check the optical coupling to the sensor, for example the fiber head2sensor alignment

Signal amplitude too low!

Signal amplitude < 3000.

Check the optical coupling to the sensor, for example the fiber head2sensor alignment

SD card error!

SD card not inserted or defect.

Check the SD card presence and functionality

Reference amplitude out of range!

Contact service team

Device has to be sent to RRM for service

Photo diode saturated!

Ambient light too high or signal strength too high

Send measurement sensor data (Phase, Amplitude Temperature and Calibration data, ideally the repo) to RRM

Reference overflow!

Reference strength too high.

Contact service team. Device has to be sent to RRM for service

Signal overflow!

Signal strength too high.

Decrease signal current.
