Problem:

Error-1073807246 during start-up Starrsed software

(Serial communication pop-up screen during start-up Starrsed software.
In the pop-up error screen the following message is shown:
"ERROR-1073807246 occurred at Property Node (arg1) in VISA Configure Serial Port (inst).vi->Compact.vi")

Cause:

The ON SCREEN software is missing COM1 to communicate to the PC

Solution

1. Switch OFF the PC and reboot Windows.
2. Check if the ON Screen keyboard software is not running.
   • When running stop the ON SCREEN keyboard program.(The ON SCREEN software is using COM1 to communicate to the PC.)
3. Start the Starrsed program.
