Liquid sensor detection errors

The liquid flow sensor detects flow or no flow during the aspiration cycle. If "liquid" or "no liquid" is detected in a stage when this is not expected an error is generated.

Rinse failure detection:

• In the last 30 sensor readouts during rinse > 20% “no liquid” detections.
• If "no liquid"detection is generated for a second time in this stage, Error 270 is generated, Sample mode stops.

Drain failure detection:

• In the last 30 sensor readouts during drying > 10% “liquid” detections.
• If "Liquid"detection is generated for a second time in this stage, Error 271 is generated, Sample mode stops.

Start failure detection:

• In the last 3 sensor readouts during drying , 2 “liquid” detections are measured, Error 272 is generated, Sample mode stops..

Check/Clean the Liquid sensor and check tubing to solve these errors.
