Diluter Motor assembly

1. Disconnect the cable (1) from the diluter motor assembly.
2. Unscrew the two hex screws from the cover plate and remove the cover plate including the PC Diluter board.
3. Loosen the hex screw in the coupling.
4. Unscrew the two hex screws which hold the motor base plate ESRI060033 onto the main base plate.
5. Pull the motor from the coupling.
6. Replace the faulty motor for a new ESRI060930 Motor assembly.
7. Push the motor axe into the coupling.
8. Assemble the motor base plate ESRI060033 to the main base plate and fasten the two hex screws.
9. Tight the hex screw in the coupling.
10. Check that the motor turns smoothly.
11. Replace cover plate and diluter board and tighten the two mounting hex screws.
12. Connect the cable (1) onto the diluter motor assembly.
