Question:

Why does the ESR analyser unit accepting all samples for ESR processing, even the ones which are not marked as ESR required?

Applicable situation:

1. The Interrliner ESR analyser unit is running in a Sysmex instrument line and is connected to a host computer system. The LAB comm is switched ON.

Action:

1. Switch OFF and ON the whole Sysmex street (Wrong startup sequence of the street)
2. Switch OFF and ON the Interrliner (Mismatch with the communications to the host PC).
3. Check the LAB comm protocol setting of the Starrsed in the rack software.
4. Check the data cable connection to the host PC.
5. Check in the Starrsed software if the LIMS settings is selected. It could be that "No output" or a not required protocol is selected
