Troubleshooting / Error messages

Note: Service Troubleshooting is a combination of service troubleshooting and user troubleshooting section from the user manual.

On vacuum adjustment

• In case of dilution error's and the ADRC (Automatic Dilution Rate Control) is moving to the 60% the yellow orifice what is in the cross checking of flow sensor is blocked
• In case of dilution error's and the ADRC is moving to the 140% there is a blockage in the needle system.
  • Check the sample probe
  • Mixing-piece

On position adjustment

• In case of a position error alarm check the rinse position.
• When not correct set the rinse position,
  • run the quick belt test or
  • run the flow test.

Error messages:

• Position error
• Vacuum not stable
