Nozzle assembly

The nozzle controller board controls the fill nozzle movement, level detection’s, peristaltic pumps, wash station, vacuum valves, vacuum and waste pump.

There are no adjustments necessary on this board. All cable connections to this board has numbers. Make sure when the cables have been removed they are connected again to the correct sockets.

The following mechanical adjustments need to be checked at least once a year.

• Fill Nozzle and the Rinse nozzle adjustment.

Incorrect adjustment may cause stall during the aspiration sequence.

If the belt has been re-positioned, the wash station alignment needs to be checked.

• The wash station should engage the pipette smoothly.
