Hardware replacement (Vacuum and Liquid)

The vacuum pump is located in the lower cabinet. Remove the cover to get access to the pump. The cover is closed with two bolts.

When the vacuum pump is malfunctioning or the vacuum in general is too low, replace the vacuum pump TLAX040901.

When the waste or reagent pumps are malfunctioning, replace the faulty pump for a new pump.

For the level 1 maintenance, all the tubing needs to be replaced.

The waste pump tube has to be replaced at least once a year.

The reagent pump tubing (A and B) has to be replaced every Level 4 maintenance.
