Nozzle height adjustment

The fill nozzle block height adjustment screw and the two bolts at the bottom of the fill nozzle block need to be loosened.

Since april 2015 a new fill nozzle is in use, therefore also a new calibration jig, BANG110023, is in use. Calibration jig BANG110021 is therefore obsolete.
