Measure head mechanical alignment

This alignment is important, wrong alignment may cause wrong ESR results.
In the measure head home position the clearance between the measure head and the pipette must be set to a minimum.
Alignment can be set by loosing the two hex screws of the push-back roller.

Move push back roller to the rear will make the clearance bigger.
Make sure that the two hex screws are firmly tightened after the adjustment is done.

The measure arm must go back to the home position smoothly.

Perform Measure sensor test: menu Maintenance : Check sensors -> Check Measure sensor -> "Measure sensor" if adjustment is correct.

Note: Make sure that the first peak is shown between 0 and before the red line in the raw data screen.
