Step 1
- Remove the suction-tube from the diluent pinch valve. Disconnect the tube and connect a new tube
- Fill a bottle with 50 ml bleach (sodium hypochlorite) and 950 ml de-ionized water. (5% solution)
- Place the suction tube in chlorine solution.
- Use the function to fill the dispenser system with the disinfectant.
- After the prime sequence stops, press to fill the dispenser system with the disinfectant.
- Leave the disinfectant in the system for 15 minutes.
Step 2
- Take the diluent suction tube out of the disinfectant.
- Wipe the tube clean and dry with a tissue.
- Empty the bottle and refill it with hot de-ionized water (80°C).
- Place diluent suction tube in the bottle with hot water.
- Use the function.
- After the prime sequence stops, press "” again to fill the dispenser system with the hot water.
Step 3
- Empty the bottle.
- Clean the bottle with new hot de-ionized water (80°C)
- Reconnect the diluent container.
- Perform another .
- After the prime sequence stops press again to fill the dispenser system with the new diluent solution.
