Symptom :

On the printout EDTA value is 001 (EDTA001)

Hint :

Diluter is not started

Action:

1. Check if the vacuum is present.
2. Check the values with the Flow sensor:
   Default: Flow 0925..0980..1000 , Abs 320 ±10, Leakage 0045..0050..0055.
3. Check the value of Diluter start sensor.
   Default 400-550-700.
4. Faulty connection cable or a broken start sensor.
5. Pinch valve which holds the sample tube has a bad contact or broken wire at the solenoid body.

Additional information :

The diluter gets the information from the Flow sensor board and the start information from the start sensor on the mixing-piece.
