Sampling and results troubleshooting

Results are not sent to LIMS:

If samples are processed and results are visible in patient history, but are not sent to the LIMS:

  • Check in LIMS settings if the correct protocol is used.

Tubes are replaced on track or rack without aspiration:

  • Barcodes cannot be read (visible as red flags on tube in sample screen)
  • No ESR is requested from LIMS

Sampling with manual input does not start:

  • Rack signal light is orange, the instrument is busy with another process. If manual input is used after tubing placement errors, a general robot reset could solve internal errors and manual sampling could be started.
  • Check in LIMS settings if the correct protocol is used
  • No ESR is requested from LIMS

Samples with aspiration/barcode read errors will be returned to the track system without further processing
