General error procedure

Whenever an error occurs, follow the instructions given in the error message on screen. If no instructions are given, follow this general procedure:

1. Clear the error by pressing button Clear error.

When the error is not cleared or the error occurs again and cannot be solved:

1. Close the Starrsed TL PC software.
2. Reset the internal power unit (switch is located at the bottom of the internal power supply).
3. Start the Starrsed TL PC software.

If the error still occurs and cannot be solved, switch OFF the instrument and call for service.
