Manual sampling
If LIMS communication is active: add sample identification in the LIMS.
The manual input can be feeded with one rack at a time.

Please note the light signal at the front near the manual input if a rack can be placed or removed. The rack is moved in and out during processing of the sample tubes (The rack signal light is red).

- Start manual sampling in the software with pressing button and then button , the manual input adapter comes out. (Rack Signal light is green)
- Place a rack with tubes in the manual input adapter.
- Press button again, the manual input adapter moves to the internal pick position and the samples are processed. (Tubes from the track are on hold). If the rack signal light is red the instrument is busy with another process.
- Sample tubes which were present in the tube disk before the manual input process from earlier track feeding will be temporarily transported to the 2 buffer tube holders next te the manual input adapter.
- After processing the last sample tube the tube is placed back in the rack and the manual input adapter moves out.
- If applicable the sample tube(s) in the buffer position(s) will transported to the track after manual input process is closed.
Remove rack, place a new rack or start with track feeding again. With pressing button the adapter moves in again. Sampling results of manual input are always visible in patient history and, depending on LIMS communication settings, also send to the LIMS.
