Typographical conventions

Menu selection	Items you must select, such as menu options, command buttons, or items in a list.
Emphasis	Use to emphasise the importance of a point or for variable expressions such as parameters.

In Software descriptions:

Tabs like	SCAN SETTING
Text buttons like	"Stop", "Save"
Toggle-buttons like	[p-type], [<=X]
Input parameters like	Current Density, Scan Speed
Names of the keys on the keyboard like	[ALT]+[PRINT SCREEN]
