Errors 33 and 37

These error messages contain the words "ESRI ... timeout".

1. Check that the rack transport unit is switched ON.
2. Clear the error by pressing F3 on the keyboard of the Input pool.
3. When the error occurs again:
4. Close the Starrsed PC software.
5. Switch the ESR analyzer unit OFF.
6. Switch the rack transport unit OFF.
7. Switch the ESR analyzer unit ON.
8. Start the Starrsed PC software.
9. Switch the rack transport unit ON.

When the error occurs again, switch OFF all units and call for service.
