WI-92 Obtaining sample data from Starrsed software

How to get a copy of a patient sample record from a Starrsed PC:

Open the Window Explorer and click on the folder "This PC"

1. Look for Drive "D:" or in some cases on the Ethernet drive (depending on settings in Starrsed Software "Result path" in ESR settings-screen).
2. Click on the folder name "Year"
3. Click on the folder name "Month"
4. Click on the folder name "Day"
5. Copy the applicable file (identified with the patient ID = barcode number) to a suitable USB memory stick or network location (if applicable).

The file itself can be opened with Notepad (or equivalent) and contains meta data and raw data from the measurement and sample.

This/these file(s) can be send to RRM for further analysis in case of unsolved (measurement) errors
