Tube adapter does not close

Check for mechanical obstructions.

1. The sample tube size must be within the span of the sample tube adapter.
   • Only qualified service engineers may change the sample tube adapter span.
2. Electronic failure, fatal error, only allowed for a trained technician.
3. Mechanical failure, fatal error, only allowed for a trained technician.
