An incorrect fill-nozzle alignment may cause;

• Fill time out error
• Vacuum stabilisation error.
• Air bubbles in column. (like a zebra crossing) Pipette looks like zebra crossing
• Obstruction to the Sample probe, it is not going upwards (Software cannot locate fill nozzle.)
• No aspiration of the sample. (Software cannot locate fill nozzle.)
