Rinse head replacement

Switch Starrsed OFF.

Rinse head disassembly:

1. Loosen the plastic grub screw.
2. Disconnect the two tubes from the rinse head.
3. Hold the rinse head solenoid core tight and turn the rinse head anti clockwise.
4. Remove the rinse head from the instrument.
5. Remove the black protection bellow.
6. Remove the piercing needle, use a 1.5mm hex driver.

Rinse head assembly:

1. Re-install the rinse head, hold the solenoid core while turning the rinse head clockwise.
2. Push the rinse head core upwards, the rinse head should touch the V shaped rubber ring. Make sure that the core reaches the end of his stroke!
3. Tighten the plastic grub screw.
4. Winding the rinse head clockwise will cause a bigger gap between the V-ring and top of the rinse head.
