E13 is the error code and in the status line the text Fill nozzle did not reach the Home position within a certain time limit.

The fill nozzle did not reach the home top sensor with a certain time limit.

• Fill nozzle motor faulty.
• Fill nozzle motor driver is faulty.
• Fill nozzle is blocked.
• Fatal error call distributor.
